February Half Term

Our last day before we close will be Friday the 14th of February 2025 and we will reopen on Monday the 24th of February 2025
Our Staff
All our staff are trained, most to Level 3 Childcare or higher and we aim to keep up to date through a process of continuing professional development. As an example, recent training has covered use of the Paediatric First Aid, Positive Behaviour Training, Child Protection and Food Hygiene.
Management
The manager Jo Webster and Deputy manager Jo Spink are both very experienced practitioners, who are highly qualified to run a modern nursery. On a day to day basis they organise staff to work effectively with the children, adapting activities and providing resources to meet individual needs.
Jo Webster is an experienced SENCO whose knowledge enables the nursery staff to provided very special care for those individuals who require it. She often works closely with other professionals and parents to ensure children with additional needs have the best possible support.
Jo Spink is very good at keeping parents/carers up to date about the progress of their child, and working closely with the staff in The Woodlands, The Meadow and The Treetops classes.
Jo and Jo form part of a management team with a Committee of trustees who oversee the development of the Nursery.
